This post is sponsored by Basic Invite, but all of the thoughts & opinions are my own!

Hi Friends,
When Warner was born, Jordan and I decided that we would/will get family pictures taken every fall as a yearly tradition. The past two years, I’ve used those photos for our Christmas card designs and I can’t wait to have an entire stack of them to look back on and reminisce on! With one year under my belt, I realized a couple things I wanted to do different this year! This year I decided to use Basic Invite to order my cards & it has been SUCH an easy process.
Last year, I ordered 50 cards and we decided too late that wasn’t nearly enough! This year I ordered 80 & we have a few left over, which is perfect. The prices are awesome, plus they have tons of upgrades including multiple picture options, lined envelopes, shiny or matte cards, &, my absolute favorite, pre-addressed envelopes!
Addressing the envelopes last year was such a time consuming chore, especially while trying to keep my 6 month old occupied & focusing on getting the cards out on time. The Basic Invite website was SO easy to use & they sent me our Christmas cards in about a week, which is perfect for a serial procrastinator like me or if you’re looking to order company Christmas cards at the last minute! I was able to type in each address & save them to the website for future cards, which I am thrilled about. They do a variety of cards, so having the addresses saved with be perfect when I order birthday invites or something else later on! The also have an “Address Capturing Service”, which allows you to share a link on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and when your friends and family enter their addresses, it can be stored in your account. YOU GUYS, I am obsessed with that idea! I struggle every year to get all of the mailing addresses in one location- this is truly genius.
The customization options are kind of endless, too. You can upgrade to foil available in silver, gold, & rose gold (I know a ton of you love rose gold) & can choose for the foil to be raised or flat. The envelopes come in over 40 different colors, & there are over 180 different colors to get creative with your cards. As you can see in our card above, I chose a festive holly/leaf print & I was able to change the colors of the greenery to best compliment our photo. Not sure how the colors are going to look in person? Basic Invite will let you order custom samples & send you an actual card so you’re able to view before ordering!
Aside from the ease of it all, Basic Invite is doing a mega sale with the code “holi30”, which is an offer for 30% off creative holiday cards. Plus, the more cards you order, the more the price of each card goes down! I got 80 cards and it was only about $1 apiece; Not bad for LIFELONG MEMORIES FOR ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS, right?!
I ordered a few extra this year, so if you want one of ours, please send me your address & if you use Basic Invite this year, let me know!
I hope you all have the best holiday & I appreciate you so so much. Sending warm hugs this season!
xox Love,
Sarah
